Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct sets out how we are committed to acting ethically in all aspects of our business and to maintaining the highest standards of honesty and integrity. We specifically reference the Modern Slavery Act.  Our Code of Conduct includes requirements for employment practices, human rights, data protection, social impacts and sustainability issues. 

Employment practices

  • We are committed to providing a working environment free from sexual harassment, discrimination or offensive behaviour of any kind

  • We are committed to creating and fostering safe working conditions for all our employees

  • We select and promote our people on the basis of their qualifications and merit, without discrimination or concern for race, religion, national origin, colour, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age or disability

Human rights

  • We are committed to complying with the requirements of the UK’s Modern Slavery Act.  Employment must be freely chosen; forced or bonded labour or any other form of modern slavery must not be used

  • We are committed to paying our people in compliance with all applicable wage laws

Data protection

  • We are committed to protecting consumer, client and employee data in accordance with National laws and industry standards.  We have specific Data Retention and Data Security Policies in place

Social impacts

  • We will not offer or accept bribes in any form, to or from any third party

Sustainability

  • We are committed to obtaining all relevant environmental authorisations, including for waste and emissions

  • We are committed to recycle, re-use and substitute materials where possible and to ensure that our business processes are as sustainable as possible

  • We carbon offset all our flights, rail and car journeys though we limit these activities as far as possible by hosting virtual meetings where possible.

  • We encourage our suppliers to consider the environmental impact of all areas of their business and to mitigate or remove non sustainable practices where possible


We confirm that neither our business or any of its Directors have been convicted or had a notice served upon us for infringement of The Modern Slavery Act 2015.                    

We confirm that we require full disclosure of any incidents of breaches or suspected breaches of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
